Your deposit is paid, your pod is reserved, so what happens next? first customer collections are scheduled for early 2027 from our Cheshire base a mile from J20 of the M6. Once the Supavan Airdream® pods are ready for collection, we will email you  a final invoice for the remaining amount due. Once that is paid, you will be sent an email detailing collection information and how to arrange a time and date with us. We understand you are probably travelling a fair distance to make your collection, don’t worry, we are very flexible. What better way to start your Supavan Airdream® adventure than with a road trip!

SUPAVAN products are currently collection only. Collection will take place from SUPAVAN’s designated collection point in Cheshire, approximately one mile from Junction 20 of the M6. The precise collection address and collection instructions will be provided to customers when their SUPAVAN AIRDREAM® is ready for collection. Customers are responsible for arranging suitable transportation and ensuring that their vehicle, trailer or other means of transport is suitable and legally compliant for carrying the product. Don’t worry if you are unsure, contact our team at orders@supavan.com and we will be happy to help and guide you to the best of our abilities.

We are currently working to have a financing option in place ready for when the first pods are good to go. If this is something that interests you, we will be in touch with more information about this option once the Supavan Airdream® is good to go.

Customers resident outside the United Kingdom will need to arrange to collect SUPAVAN® products from the UK personally or by a nominated 3rd party. Where a customer collects a SUPAVAN® product for export outside the United Kingdom, the customer is responsible for complying with all applicable export, import, customs, VAT, taxation, registration, transport and regulatory requirements in the destination country.
